We want you to love your Scout finds. If a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

Initiate Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Shipment
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging. Items must be in new, unassembled condition to be eligible.

Schedule Pickup
For large furniture, we will coordinate a professional carrier to collect the item. For smaller goods, use the provided prepaid label.

Receive Refund
Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees.
